Why novated-lease a Hyundai Ioniq 6?
An electric sedan, from around $60,000 drive-away. On a novated lease the numbers get better again, because the payments and the running costs come out of your salary before tax.
- Paid from pre-tax salary, which lowers your taxable income
- Charging, insurance, rego, servicing and tyres bundled into one payment
- You save the GST on the purchase price as well
Is the Hyundai Ioniq 6 FBT exempt?
Yes, in the normal case. The Hyundai Ioniq 6 is battery-electric, so as long as its drive-away price is at or under $91,661 (the 2026-27 fuel-efficient luxury car tax threshold) it is FBT exempt on a novated lease. That is what makes an EV the strongest novated lease going: the whole package comes out of pre-tax salary with no FBT to pay.
What it costs, with nothing hidden
Most providers quote a weekly figure and keep the fees and the real interest rate out of sight. We do the opposite: one flat $1,500 fee, the true effective rate shown plainly, and the Hyundai Ioniq 6’s drive-away price built to your state. The calculator gives you your number, not a national average.
